This is the room where everything becomes possible. Where you push through the “I can’t’s” and “If Only’s.” Where you run faster, lift more, lean out, quiet down. This is what transformation looks like. Where you become the best version of yourself. The workout itself is designed for efficiency. The intervals and strength training combinations are proven to lean and tone your body. This isn’t a fitness trend. It’s just science. And it works. THE SCIENCE

A Barry’s class can burn up 1,000 calories or more. It tones muscle, and boosts your resting metabolism, so you continue burning calories after the class is over. (We love that part too.) We combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolic rate by up to 15 percent.

THE MAGIC

This is more than a pile of equipment. It’s a magical combination of instructor, lighting, music, and the people in the room. The interval training stimulates neurons in your brain and endorphins in your body. Killer music pushes you to run and work harder than you ever thought possible. The signature red-tinted studios enable you to lose yourself in the primal rush of the work out. Stress falls away, and the room becomes an ecosystem of collective accomplishment.

THE DAY-BY-DAY BREAKDOWN

Each day at Barry’s focuses on a different muscle group. The programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body.

MONDAY

ARMS & ABS

Tone and Tighten.

We’re gonna work your bis, tris, shoulders…and then it’s crunch time.

TUESDAY

FULL BODY (LOWER FOCUS)

Get Low.

We’re switching it up and incorporating full body exercises, but don’t worry, we’ll still pay attention to your booty and legs. A strong lower body will improve your overall performance in the Red Room. Oh, and on Tuesdays, we burn more calories.

WEDNESDAY

CHEST, BACK & ABS

Push, Pull, Plank, Repeat.

We’re giving you a big push (and pull). The primary muscle groups of your upper body will have you standing taller and pushing harder.

THURSDAY

ABS & ASS

6 Pack and Baby Got Back.

At the core of it, our lowest impact day will help you sprint faster and get stronger. It’s a slow burn you won’t want to miss.
